From the start to the end of the adoption process we felt like we were in good hands. You were very patient and answered all of our questions promptly and in great detail. Nalu arrived in excellent health. She seemed to get over the long travel within a few moments of arriving and soon after was eating and using the litter box as expected. She’s gotten more and more comfortable as the days go by. She’s not crazy about being picked up. We are not sure if it’s common but we absolutely respect that, perhaps she’s still letting the guard down 🙂 She does come for snuggles at night and has been very loving. She has a great appetite, her coat is sooo soft and she couldn’t look any healthier.
Honestly we only have good things to say. Since the beginning you attentively listened to us, helping us pick the exact color we were attracted to and answering any questions we had. Keep up the good work. Every pawrent should be happy with your services 🙂
